Deposits
Deposit for all short haul holidays will be charged at £150 per person, and for long haul holidays it will be charged at £200 per person, plus supplier pre-payments where applicable.
Amendments*
Amendments will be charged at £25 per person, plus any supplier amendment/cancellation charges and any increase in itinerary costs. An additional deposit may be required to confirm an amendment to cover supplier amendment/cancellation charges.
If the balance is outstanding amendments will not be permitted within the balance due date. Nor will amendments be permitted within 7 days of departure. Changes at this time will be treated as a cancellation as per our standard cancellation conditions.
Once a deposit has been paid, an itinerary can be amended a maximum of two times. Any additional changes will be treated as a cancellation as per our standard cancellation conditions.
Amendments to dates out of bookable date range will be treated as a cancellation as per our standard cancellation conditions.
Name changes
Apart from name changes to the lead passenger, full name changes will be permitted 14 days or more before departure. This is subject to supplier approval and at a charge of £25 per person plus any supplier amendment/cancellation charges and any increase in itinerary costs.
After the deposit is paid, a full name change of the lead passenger is not permitted. This will be treated as a cancellation as per our standard cancellation charges.
Name changes due to the incorrect name or spelling being provided at the time of booking will be charged at £25 per person plus any supplier amendment/cancellation charges and any increase in itinerary costs.
Cancellation charges **
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and the deposit and pre-payments would be forfeited.

*An amendment is defined as any voluntary changes made to:
- the departure or return dates
- the departure or return airports
- one or more elements of the itinerary (not including additional services or upgrades to existing elements)
- the destination country and any passenger names
