Airline Links and Log in Steps
Short Haul Airlines
Nouvelair:
Visit https://www.nouvelair.com/en, select ‘Manage’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 36 hours before departure and closes 4 hours to departure
Ryanair:
Go to https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/lp/check-in, choose ‘reservation number’, and enter the reservation number and the email used for the booking. If you have pre-reserved a seat, you can check in online up to 60 days before scheduled departure. However, your outbound and return flights must be within those 60 days of departure. If you have not reserved a seat and this is being assigned to you randomly, check-in opens 24 hours before your flight and closes 2 hours before.
Easyjet:
Visit https://www.easyjet.com/en/, select ‘Manage Bookings’ then ‘Find Bookings’, and enter the booking reference and surname. Check in between 30 days and 2 hours before your flight departs IMPORTANT: if the customer reports being unable to log in with Easyjet or if they report seeing that their airline reference should only contain numbers and not letters, it is likely that they are trying to log in using the Easyjet Holidays log in, rather than the Manage Booking or Find booking option. This is incorrect as the Easyjet Holidays log in is for package holidays booked through Easyjet directly
TUI:
Go to https://www.tui.co.uk/, navigate to ‘Manage My Booking’ > ‘My Bookings’, and enter the booking reference, surname, and departure date. If flight has a TOM or BY flight number, online check-in's really easy to use. If you’ve upgraded to Premium, Extra Legroom seats or Extra Space seats, or chosen the Select Your Seat option, online check-in will open 14 days prior to your departure. If not, it’ll open 48 hours prior to your departure*.
Just so you know, in either case, you’ll need to check in for your outbound and inbound flights separately. Online check-in closes one hour before your flight departure time.
*With the exception of Mexico and Jamaica where check-in does not open until 24 hours before departure.
Jet2:
Visit https://www.jet2.com/en/login, use the ‘Manage My Booking’ section, and enter the booking reference, lead passenger surname, and departure date. You can check in online from 28 days up to six hours before your flight departs. If when trying to log in the customer is being prompted for an email address, or if the customer reports requiring access to an email address, this means that they are attempting to log in via the MyJet2 log in rather than the 'Manage My Booking' option. They need to use the Manage My Booking option as the MyJet2 log in is for package holidays booked through Jet2 directly.
Wizz Air:
Go to https://www.wizzair.com/en-gb, select ‘Find Booking’, and enter the confirmation code and lead passenger surname. If you've purchased a seat during the booking creation or later, you can complete your online check-in 30 days before your flight.
If you haven't purchased a seat, online check-in is available 24 hours before your flight.
In both cases, online check-in is open until 3 hours before your scheduled departure.

Baggage and Luggage Allowances
Checking Luggage Allowances
Standard Allowance: Customers can view their included hold (checked) and hand (cabin) luggage allowances on their Flight Voucher or in the Flight Summary section of their booking paperwork.
Added Extras: Hold bags purchased at the time of booking are visible in My Bookings by navigating to View and Manage Flights > Your Added Extras.
Split Flights: Allowances may vary if the outbound and return flights are operated by different airlines. Customers must check the allowance for each individual leg of their journey.
Direct Airline Purchases: Luggage added directly with the airline after the initial booking will not appear on the business's paperwork, but is fully logged in the airline's system.
Hand Luggage (Cabin Bags)
Under-seat Bags: A small personal item (e.g., handbag, small backpack) that fits under the seat is usually included for free.
Overhead Cabin Bags: Larger cabin bags may incur an additional cost depending on the operating airline.
Size and Weight Restrictions: Customers must check the operating airline's official website for the exact and most up-to-date size and weight restrictions.
Travelling with Infants (Under 2 Years)
Infant Luggage: Infants travelling on an adult's lap do not automatically receive a standard cabin or hold luggage allowance. Some airlines permit a free 5kg–10kg checked bag or separate nappy bag, while others require infant items to fit within the adult's existing allowance. Customers must verify this directly with the airline.
Pushchairs and Equipment: Most airlines permit up to two pieces of essential infant equipment (e.g., collapsible pushchair, travel cot, car seat) to be checked in free of charge. Pushchairs can usually be taken through the terminal directly to the aircraft gate/door.
Breast Milk and Formula: When departing from UK airports, breast milk and formula are exempt from the standard 100ml liquid limits. Security staff will screen these items separately.
Adding Extra Luggage or Sporting Equipment
Self-Serve/Bot Action: If a customer wishes to add extra hold luggage or special baggage (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards), direct them to log into My Bookings to amend their luggage, or process the addition directly within this chat session if supported by the agent flow.
Special Assistance and Medical Support
14-Day Deadline Policy To ensure airlines, airports, and hotels can provide the necessary support, all special assistance and medical requests must be submitted at least 14 days before departure.
New Bookings: The business cannot accept new holiday bookings that require special assistance within 14 days of travel.
Existing Bookings: Customers cannot add or amend special assistance requirements within 14 days of their departure date.
Mobility Equipment Customers can bring mobility equipment free of charge, subject to airline notification rules:
Walking Frames and Crutches: Do not require pre-booking. Customers can bring these and notify airline staff at the check-in desk.
Electric Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters: Must be pre-notified due to battery and dimension restrictions.
Airport Assistance: Customers can request to borrow a wheelchair for transit to and from the aircraft.
Hotel Requests: Specific accessibility requests for the hotel can be submitted but are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Medical Bags and Medication Essential medical equipment (e.g., CPAP machines) can typically be carried as hand luggage.
Size Limits: Equipment must fit within the airline's standard cabin baggage dimensions.
Oversized Equipment: If the equipment exceeds standard allowances, the customer must carry a medical letter or doctor’s note to avoid unexpected baggage fees.
Batteries: Any equipment using batteries (e.g., portable oxygen concentrators) must be declared to the airline for safety reasons.
Medication/Needles: Must be kept in original packaging with the prescription label attached to expedite airport security screening.
Hidden Disabilities While formal assistance for hidden disabilities varies by airline, customers can utilize airport services for a smoother journey:
Sunflower Lanyard: Worn to discreetly signal to airport staff that extra time or patience is needed.
Special Assistance Desk: Customers can visit this desk upon arrival for advice on quiet zones or quiet routes through the terminal.
Fast Track: Customers may wish to purchase Fast Track security (available at most airports) to skip long queues.
Airline Support: Complimentary seat selection or pre-boarding is not guaranteed for hidden disabilities and depends on individual airline policy.
Seating Restrictions (Extra Legroom) Customers who have booked Special Assistance generally cannot reserve extra legroom seats (especially those in emergency exit rows). This is a strict airline safety regulation to ensure passengers in those rows can assist during an emergency. The airline will assign a safe and appropriate seat.
Self-Serve/Bot Action: Adding Special Assistance If a customer needs to add special assistance or medical equipment to an existing booking (and is outside the 14-day window), direct them to submit the details themselves via their online account. Instruct the customer to:
Log into My Bookings.
Select the relevant holiday and go to Manage Booking.
Navigate to Make Changes > Disability Support and Special Assistance.
Complete and submit the provided form with all required medical and equipment details.
