Short Haul Airlines
Nouvelair:
Visit https://www.nouvelair.com/en, select ‘Manage’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 36 hours before departure and closes 4 hours to departure
Ryanair:
Go to https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/lp/check-in, choose ‘reservation number’, and enter the reservation number and the email used for the booking. If you have pre-reserved a seat, you can check in online up to 60 days before scheduled departure. However, your outbound and return flights must be within those 60 days of departure. If you have not reserved a seat and this is being assigned to you randomly, check-in opens 24 hours before your flight and closes 2 hours before.
Easyjet:
Visit https://www.easyjet.com/en/, select ‘Manage Bookings’ then ‘Find Bookings’, and enter the booking reference and surname. Check in between 30 days and 2 hours before your flight departs
TUI:
Go to https://www.tui.co.uk/, navigate to ‘Manage My Booking’ > ‘My Bookings’, and enter the booking reference, surname, and departure date. If flight has a TOM or BY flight number, online check-in's really easy to use. If you’ve upgraded to Premium, Extra Legroom seats or Extra Space seats, or chosen the Select Your Seat option, online check-in will open 14 days prior to your departure. If not, it’ll open 48 hours prior to your departure*.
Just so you know, in either case, you’ll need to check in for your outbound and inbound flights separately. Online check-in closes one hour before your flight departure time.
*With the exception of Mexico and Jamaica where check-in does not open until 24 hours before departure.
Jet2:
Visit https://www.jet2.com/en/login, use the ‘Manage My Booking’ section (avoid ‘My Jet2’ login), and enter the booking reference, lead passenger surname, and departure date. You can check in online from 28 days up to six hours before your flight departs.
Wizz Air:
Go to https://www.wizzair.com/en-gb, select ‘Find Booking’, and enter the confirmation code and lead passenger surname. If you've purchased a seat during the booking creation or later, you can complete your online check-in 30 days before your flight.
If you haven't purchased a seat, online check-in is available 24 hours before your flight.
In both cases, online check-in is open until 3 hours before your scheduled departure.
Vueling:
Go to https://tickets.vueling.com/checkin (opens 24h before flight) and enter the booking code and surname. Freebird:
Visit https://www.freebirdairlines.com/, select ‘Reservation’, and enter the booking number and surname. Airport Check in only
Sun Express:
Go to https://www.sunexpress.com/en-gb/manage/login/, select ‘Tour Operator Bookings’, enter your On the Beach reference (starting MYB), and select ‘On the Beach’ as the operator. Then enter passport info and specific flight times. Online check in opens 72 hours to departure and closes 1 hour to departure
Pegasus:
Check-in is free at the airport. To view the booking online, visit https://www.flypgs.com/en, select ‘Manage My Booking’, and enter the reservation number and lead passenger surname.
Corendon:
Go to https://www.corendonairlines.com/book-and-manage/manage-your-booking - enter Reservation Number and Surname. You can check in online starting from 72 hours before the scheduled flight time and up to 5 hours before the flight.
Long Haul Airlines
Gulf Air
Visit https://www.gulfair.com/, select ‘Manage/Check-in’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname.
KM Malta:
Visit https://kmmaltairlines.com/en, select ‘Manage Booking’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 24 hours to departure
Aer Lingus:

Transatlantic flights: 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Flights within Europe: 15 days for advanced check or 48 hours without.
Air Mauritius:
Visit https://www.airmauritius.com/en-gb, select ‘Book and Manage’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. You can check in on your flight at your convenience online anytime from 30 hours up to 2 hours* before your flight's departure.
American Airlines (AA):
Go to https://www.aa.com/, select ‘Manage Trips/Check in’, and enter the confirmation code, lead passenger surname, and date of birth. Check in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before
British Airways (BA):
Head to the airline website, select ‘Manage’ then ‘Find My Booking’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 24 hours to departure
Emirates:
Go to https://www.emirates.com/uk/english/, select ‘Manage’ then ‘Retrieve My Booking’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes before.
Etihad:
Visit https://www.etihad.com/en-gb/, select ‘Manage’ then ‘My Trip’, and enter the trip reference and lead passenger surname. Check in opens 30 hours to departure
Qatar Airways:
Go to https://www.qatarairways.com/, select ‘Manage/Check-in’, and enter the booking reference and lead passenger surname.
Online check-in for flights from the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure and check-in for flights to the U.S. opens 24 hours prior to departure from Doha.
- For all other flights, online check-in is available 48 hours to 90 minutes prior to departure.
- Online check-in is available for flights operated by Qatar Airways, as well as for trips where the first segment is operated by Qatar Airways.
United Airlines:

Malaysia Airlines:

Royal Brunei Airlines:

Vietnam Airlines:
